Hiroki AramakiHead Chef
At the age of 24, he became the Head Chef of the Japanese cuisine at the Rihga Royal Hotel Yotsubashi. Five years later, he was involved in the opening of the Kitashinchi Kappo Kawasa, followed by the Imperial Hotel Gofu. He honed his skills in numerous hotels and restaurants. After working as Head Chef and Executive Head Chef at Ryokan Musashi in Shirahama Onsen, he was appointed Head Chef at FIVE SPRING RESORT THE SHIRAHAMA, where he is currently using his skills to the fullest.
