Personal Information Protection Policy

1. We will comply with the laws, regulations, and guidelines set forth by the national government and other standards
concerning the handling of personal information in relation to personal information handled by the hotel business and personal information about our employees.

2. When we obtain and handle personal information, we will specify the purpose of use of such information
Purpose of use of personal information
and will not handle the personal information beyond the scope necessary for achieving the specified purpose of use (use for unintended purposes).
Also, we will take appropriate management measures to prevent any use for unintended purposes. The purposes of use of personal information are as follows:
'- Provide products and services to our customers and other related work duties
- Send announcements, advertisements, printed materials, and emails containing information concerning a new product, service, event, or public offering (campaign) by our company or group company
(however, sending of such information will be promptly suspended when the customer indicates intent for suspension).
'- Improve services based on feedback and requests from customers and develop new products
'- Use as basic data for management analysis and for creating statistical data
- Communicate hiring information to job applicants (including internships), provide information, conduct employment screening, and manage hiring work operations of the company

and respond sincerely within a reasonable period of time.

we will implement organizational, human, physical, and technical safety measures,and work to prevent and correct the leak, loss, or damage of personal information.

6. We will, based on the changes to the social environment and situation, continuously revise our personal information protection and management system and improve our initiatives for personal information protection.
